Jesus Wants *Seth* for a Sun-BEAM!

Yesterday was my boy's first Sunday in Primary, and he was perfectly happy to say goodbye to the Nursery. We sang the Hello Song and Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam to welcome the newest members of the Primary. I spent the last week or so preparing him by letting him know there were no toys or snacks, but he gets to sing songs and have a lesson and maybe occasionally play a game. He even volunteered to say the opening prayer and was disappointed when he wasn't chosen...maybe next week. I'm the Primary pianist, and I sit right by his class and couldn't help glancing out of the corner of my eye to see what he was doing. What a good little listener, and he obeyed his teacher too. He's a little sunbeam to our family!

He is just the cutest!! I'm glad his first day of Sunbeams went well. Isn't it fun to be able to be in primary and watch him?

Such a cute picture! And I would love to be in Primary right now, just so I could watch my girls--I think it would be pretty hilarious. :)

Thank you for your kind comment to my emotional post. Friends are so wonderful and supportive.

What a fun time when your first little one is going into Primary. Enjoy this time. He will get bigger way to fast. I'm sure you already know that.

Thanks for your cute Christmas card. I'm always so impressed with your creativeness. I loved the recycled idea. I'm saving my card for next year. We'll see if I remember to use your idea.

A Sunbeam?! How can that be? It seems like only yesterday you were pregnant with him. I do love his white shirt and tie. Glad you are in Primary to peek at him over the piano.

I cannot stand how cute my little nephew is. I need a "Gerilyn Day!" as soon as possible. I want to drive over there right now.
